Sujay James J. was born in Kerala, India. After graduating in mechanical engineering, he worked for a central government company for 4 years.
His rich heritage of at least three generations in artistry and his enthusiasm for woodworking paved the way to pyrography.
An ardent lover of hyperrealism, he draws inspiration from the works of Pushpa Jeyaprasad (his mother), Minisa Robinson, Dino Muradian, etc.
He hopes to create art that connects with the viewer aesthetically and emotionally.
Apart from pyrography he does pencil sketches and portraits.
He likes to experiment on his appearance. At present he sports a full-fledged beard that is the envy of many of his sparsely haired contemporaries.
